Terms
& Conditions :
Reservation
Reservation
should be made at least Thirty (30) days before arrival.
Any minor adjustment should be advised to us at least Two (2)
weeks prior to arrival. To ensure efficient handling of all reservation,
maximum details are required on arrival / departure dates, flights
/ carrier, number of persons, name of passenger and alternative
hotel.
Confirmation
Normally,
confirmation will be made by airmail, but confirmation by fax/email
will be sent when short notice does not permit us to confirm by
letter.
Cancellation
Cancellation
charges will be levied by Jurina Vacation Sdn Bhd and by other
parties such as hotel, restaurant, transportation company and
other contractors with whom commitments have been made, depending
on the circumstances under which they may occur, these charges
will be debited to you.
Payment
Unless there is prior arrangement, full payment by telex-transfer
of bankdraft should be made prior to arrival of your clients.
Failure to comply with this condition may results in cancellation
of all reservation. All rates are subjected to changes without
prior notice.
Refund
No refund or reduction will be made to your client who does
not partake in any meal, sight-seeing tour, accommodation or transfer
to & from airport during the course of the tour program.
Guide
All services will be conducted by our professionally trained
and experienced tourist guides.
