| After breakfast, depart for 2-hour, 90 km drive across the spectacular Crocker Range to the ecologically unique environs of Mt. Kinabalu. | |
| At Poring Hot Springs, free to do the canopy walk or relax in open outdoor tubs filled with cold/hot running mineral water. After lunch, return to Kota Kinabalu, dinner en route before returning to the hotel. (B/L/D) | |

| After breakfast, depart for 3-hour, 130km drive across the spectacular Crocker Range to the ecologically unique environs of Mt.Kinabalu. At Poring Hot Springs, free to do the canopy walk or relax in open outdoor tubs filled with cold/hot running mineral water. | |
| After lunch, proceed to Kinabalu Park. At the Park, take a jungle walk at the Park's Headquarters and learn more about the montane forest. Late afternoon, return to the Kota Kinabalu, dinner en route before returning to the hotel (B/L/D) | |

| Day 4 | ISLAND TOUR WITH BBQ LUNCH |
| Take a 20-minute boat ride to Gaya Island to explore an uninhabited rainforest. watch for mudskippers along the boardwalk through the mangrove forest. On to Sapi Island for lunch and an idyllic afternoon on sunbathing, swimming or just lazing in the shade. (B/L) | |
