Day 1	Met and assisted on arrival and transfer to preferred hotel.
Day 2	PORING HOT SPRINGS
	Depart for Poring Hot Spring, 130 km away. Option to do the jungle canopy walkway or to relax in open air outdoor tubs filled with hot/cold running mineral water. After lunch, depart for Kinabalu Park. Take a jungle walk near the Park HQ and learn more about the Montane forest. Return to KK late afternoon stopping briefly at a pottery shop.(B/L)
Day 3	WHITE WATER RAFTING
	Padas River (Grade II - III)
	After breakfast depart on an hour drive towards the south to Beaufort. Browse around the town of Beaufort before boarding the train to Pangi where the starting point is. Embark on a heart-pounding, unforgettable encounter with Padas River. Back to Beaufort by rail and overland to Kota Kinabalu. (B/L)

	KIULU RIVER (Grade III - IV)
	After breakfast, drive 90 minutes to an exhilarating introduction to White Water rafting. This ride down a scenic valley offers rapids interspersed with deep, calming pools. Return to Kota Kinabalu in the mid-afternoon. (B/L)
Day 4	Transfer out. (B)
3 nights accommodation with breakfast in Kota Kinabalu city. All transfers, tours and meals as specified. ** Main entrance fees

Day 3	ISLAND TOUR WITH BBQ LUNCH
	Take a 20-minute boat ride to Gaya Island to explore an uninhibited rainforest. Watch for mudskippers along the boardwalk through the mangrove forest. On to Sapi Island for lunch and an idyllic afternoon of sunbathing, swimming or just lazing in the shade.(B/L)
Day 4	Transfer out. (B)
