- GUNUNG RAYA (RAYA MOUNTAIN)

- It is Langkawi highest stands at about 893 metre. Favourite haunt for naturalist of flora and fauna in the area. Road leading to the peak of the mountain takes about 40 minutes. Good view from the top of this granite peak. East are islands of South Thailand and west are views of Kuah harbour and Mat Cincang Mountain.
