Situated
along Jalan Mahmud, in Kota Bharu. - Also known as the Gelanggong Seni in local language. This is a centre where one can witness the rich Kelantan's cultural heritage. The traditional silat (a form of self-defence), giant kites and the tops spinning not to mention the rich and clear resonance of the drums (rebana ubi) played. Cultural shows are often performed such as wayang kulit and makyong.
