Situated at the corner of Jalan Istana and Jalan Syed Putra in Kuala Lumpur. - It is a palace and an official residence of the Yang Di Pertuan Agung and the Raja Permaisuri Agung (the King and Queen) of Malaysia. It stands on a 28-acre area, on a hill overlooking the Klang River.
