Situated
in Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah in Ipoh. - This is the only geological museum in the country. Opened in 1957. It now houses more than 600 samples of minerals such as tin ore, cassiterite, fossils, precious stones, rock specimens and many more. It is also known for the best cassiterite in the world.
