- RIVER TERRAPINS FARM

- Situated at Bota Kanan 40 km south of Ipoh.
- It is a breeding farm for river terrapins. Opened in 1967. It is a project launched to protect and preserve the fast deminishing species. The baby river terrapins are cared for three years afterwhich they are released to the Perak River.
