Situated
at border of Perlis-Thailand north of Perlis. - Across
a railway tracks, there is a very interesting
border town called Pekan Siam. This is where
Perak and Thailand have a lot in common. The
place is popular for purchasing items from both
countries and its bargain hunter's favourites in
clothing, leather goods, and household items.
There is also a duty free shop here.
