- NATIONAL ZOO AND AQUARIUM

- Situated 13 km northeast of Kuala Lumpur. Also known as Zoo Negara. The place also houses the Tunku Abdul Rahman Aquarium. The zoo has many animals, reptiles, birds kept in a fenced open enclosure in their natural surrounding. There are also the children-favourites of camels, elephant and car rides around the zoo. The aquarium houses some 80 varieties of aquatic animals and fish both from fresh water and sea.
