Situated at Sungai Terengganu link to the mainland by the Sultan Mahmud Bridge in Kuala Terengganu. - It is an island known for its boat building industry. Boats and yachts are built here using a famed rainforest hardwood without any modern equipment and plans. One can watch the skilled workmen at work here.
