SLICED BEEF TENDONS

sliced beef tendons
Ingrediensts:-
1 lb. beef tendons dash of chopped coriander
2 green onions, sliced diagonally
2 tbsp soy sauce   )
½ cup water         ) A
3 tbsp soy sauce                                   )
1 tbsp each : hot pepper oil, sesame oil )
2 tsps each : sugar, white vinegar          ) B
½ tsp salt                                             )

Method:-
  1. Clean the beef tendons by rinsing them. Place the tendons and (A) in a heatproof bowl. Steam for 4 hours, or until tender. Remove the bowl of tendons from the steamer. Place the tendons in another bowl and refrigerate. When cool, remove and cut into thin slices
  2. · Mix the sliced tendons with the chopped coriander, green onion, and (B); place on a serving plate and serve.
