BRAISED PRAWNS WITH                       
TOMATO KETCHUP

Ingredients:-
1 1/3 lb prawns
2 slices ginger
2 spring onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp chinese cooking wine parsley

Seasoning:-
3 tbsp stock
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt dash of sesame oil pinch of pepper

Method:-
  1. Wash prawns. Trim away the antennae and remove intestines. Pat dry.
  2. Saute ginger, spring onion and garlic with 2 tbsp oil. Add in prawns. Stir fry for a while over high heat. Sizzle wine. Dispose ginger, spring onion and garlic. Stir in 1 tbsp oil and seasoning. Cover and bake for 2 mins. Blend in pinch of cornflour solution. Adddash of sesame oil. Mix well and dish up. Serve.
