Ingredients:-

370 g flour
100 g cornflour
225 g butter
225 g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 packet cashew nuts vanilla essence

Method:-

1. Chop coarsely half the amount of cashew nuts and the rest to pound till powdery.
2. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla essence and the pounded cashew nuts.
3. Fold in the flour mixture. Turn out dough on lightly floured surface and knead with hands.
4. Roll out dough into ½ cm thickness an cut with cookie cutters into required shape. Decorate with chopped nuts.
5. Bake @ 175°C for 20-25 mins.
