GRILL FISH

grill fishIngredients:-
4 Spanish Mackerels - cleaned of intestines

Sauce:-
2 red chillies               )
2 green chillies            )
Sliced thinly 3 shallots )
Thumb size piece shrimp paste - toasted and crumbled
½ cup tamarind juice
Salt to taste

Method:-
  1. Grill the fish over a charoal fire until cooked on both sides.
  2. Prepare the sauce. Mix together all the ingredients and season to taste with salt.
  3. Serve the fish hot with the sauce either with rice or by itself.
