LEEK AND PIG'S BLOOD                               

leek and pig's bloodIngredients:-
¾ lb leek
¾ lb pig’s blood
1 red chilli
1 tsp crushed garlic

Seasoning:-
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tsp light soy
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp broadbean paste
1 tsp cornflour
2 tbsps water

Method:-
  1. Wash and section leek. Shred red chilli.
  2. Slice pig’s blood into serving pieces. Cook in boiling water for 10 mins, drain.
  3. Saute crushed garlic with 2 tbsps oil. Add leek to stir fry for a while. Put in pig’s blood. Bring to boil. Stir in seasoning. Add chilli. Mix well and dish up. Serve.
