MANGO PUDDING
mango puddingIngredients:-
300 g Mango Puree
40 g Gelatine Powder
200 g sugar
300 g water
20 g butter
1 pac Instant Coconut Powder
250 g Ice water
400 g Fresh Milk
250 g whipping cream

Method:-
  1. Mix gelatine powder, sugar and water, stir well and bring to boil till sugar dissolves in water. Add in butter.
  2. Stir and mix well mango puree, ice water, fresh milk, whipping cream and instant coconut powder.
  3. Mix above two, stir well. Pour the mixture into a desired shape mould. Chill well and serve with condensed milk.
