NUT BISCUITS

Ingredients:-

1 Cup margarine
1 ¼ cup sifted castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
170 g flour
85 g cornflour
¼ tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
270 g milk chocolate bar - melted

Method:-

  1. Cream butter and gradually beat in sugar and vanilla essence. Fold in flour mixture and salt.
  2. When properly mixed, fold in nuts and melted chocolate.
  3. Shape into balls.
  4. Place on greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 160°C for 15-20 mins.
