NUT BISCUITS
Ingredients:-
1 Cup margarine
1 ¼ cup sifted castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
170 g flour
85 g cornflour
¼ tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
270 g milk chocolate bar - melted
Method:-
- Cream butter and gradually beat in sugar and vanilla essence. Fold
in flour mixture and salt.
- When properly mixed, fold in nuts and melted chocolate.
- Shape into balls.
- Place on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 160°C for 15-20 mins.
