NYONYA KERABU UDANG                            

Ingredients:-
100 gm medium white prawn meat
20 gm shallot
10 gm ginger flower
5 gm lime leaf
2 tbsps lime juice
3 tbsps thick coconut milk
10 gm roasted grated coconut
10 gm ground nut (pounded)
2 tsps sambal belacan
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar

Method:-
  1. Poach prawn till cooked and set aside.
  2. Slice shallot, ginger flower and lime leaf mix well with prawn.
  3. Then add in lime juice, coconut milk, roasted grated coconut, pounded groundnut and sambal belacan. Season to taste.
