NYONYA KERABU UDANG
Ingredients:-
100 gm medium white prawn meat
20 gm shallot
10 gm ginger flower
5 gm lime leaf
2 tbsps lime juice
3 tbsps thick coconut milk
10 gm roasted grated coconut
10 gm ground nut (pounded)
2 tsps sambal belacan
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
Method:-
- Poach prawn till cooked and set aside.
- Slice shallot, ginger flower and lime leaf mix well with prawn.
- Then add in lime juice, coconut milk, roasted grated coconut, pounded
groundnut and sambal belacan. Season to taste.
