Kwun Tong, is considered part of Kowloon administratively but is actually part of the New Territories. It houses numerous industrial facilities and therefore is one of the colony’s newer centres for manufacturing, industry and housing estates. It is important enough to be serviced by new four lane highway and ferries from Central, plus it is the final stop on the Mass Transit Railway. It is not much of interest to tourist except a few factory outlets shops and a fascinating Temple of Monkey God.
